Refunds of any kind for domain name registration services are not
granted. This includes any and all cases, including errors in the
spelling of the domain name which was registered, an incorrect
domain name extension (.net.nz instead of .co.nz, etc.) or any other
case. Once a domain name has been registered, fees paid or due by us
relating to the registration services cannot be refunded.
Domain name registration fees are non-refundable because Intergen
Limited incurs a fee once the domain name has been registered.
Therefore, it is very important that care is taken when registering
a domain name. You must ensure proper spelling, domain name
extension, registration term, and payment information.
Any domain name registered will remain in service for the full
term of the registration period, regardless as to whether that
domain name was registered correctly or in error.
Refunds in the case of over-payment in error will be paid by
cheque to your address within 7 days of our being notified of such
overpayment and upon our being satisfied that an overpayment or
mistaken payment situation has occurred. If we have no postal address
details we will advise you by email to your last recorded email
address that a refund is available for uplifting from our
premises.
