How do I renew my domain registration?

Intergen will contact you advising you that your domain registration is ready for renewal. This notification will contain the cost of the renewal, methods of payment, and when payment must be received by.

Can I cancel my domain name?

You may cancel your domain name at any time by logging into your Intergen DRS account and selecting the 'Manage Account' link. This will display the domains names you have registered with Intergen. Select the domain name you wish to cancel and you will be provided with a new page allowing you to cancel your domain name registration.

Do I get a refund if I cancel my domain registration?

What is a UDAI?

The UDAI is a unique code (combination of numbers and letters) which acts like a key and allows you to transfer your .nz domain name between registrars. If your domain name is currently managed by Intergen, you can generate the UDAI for your domain by logging onto our website and selecting 'Manage Account' then relevant domain name. If your domain name is currently managed by a different registrar and you wish to transfer it to Intergen, please contact them for this information.

Does Intergen DRS offer website hosting?

Although Intergen offers a comprehensive range of hosting services, our traditional market has been premium services for medium/large businesses and government. As you may imagine, services configured for these types of clients typically require a significant amount of regular maintenance and configuration which can make them uneconomical for smaller clients. Recognising this situation, we are currently working to establish a cost effective web hosting solution however, it is likely to be 3-6 months before it is available to IntergenDRS customers.
If your website is currently hosted through another organisation we would be happy to configure your domain so that Internet users are directed to this website.
